My head once said to me, come on, can I just email my presentations and not come at all for the meeting? I asked him why he said we have so many people related issues. We are running a very high attrition organization and I'm taking a flight with you from Bangalore to Delhi. And most of the time by the time my turn comes, it's time for us to leave and possibly head to the dinner or possibly we had to head straight to the airport because they're always late on schedules. And I'm sure in today's world where we are challenged by great resignation, we have people issues.
